Standard CAT-5 100 MHz cable will not support today's high bandwidth applications. That's why Comprehensive's Cat-5E PLUS cable provides up to 350 MHz bandwidth to transmit today's high-speed data, voice and video signals. Comprehensive's CAT-5E PLUS cables meet all Cat 5e TIA/EIA standards and drastically reduce both impedance as well structural return loss (SRL) as compared to standard 100 MHz wire. Comprehensive achieves this by keeping each pair at uniform lengths and maintaining the twist-spacing throughout the cable to maximize signal integrity and picture performance. CAT-5E PLUS cables utilize 24awg cable, enhanced performance connectors with gold plated contacts. Each cable is UL rated and finished in our x-traflex jacket.
