Camcor Return Policy

Camcor, Inc.® strives to ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality service and merchandise. However, we realize that you may need to return an item to us. To ensure full credit for your return, please do the following:

UPON RECEIPT OF PURCHASE:

1. DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY PACKAGING included with your merchandise, such as boxes, styrofoam inserts, instruction manuals, or promotional materials. Look the items over carefully for cosmetic damage, read the instructions supplied, and test the merchandise for correct operation before you put any identification markings on them. In some cases equipment comes with a warranty card that is to be filled in and returned to the manufacturer.

2. DO NOT FILL IN THE WARRANTY CARD until you have determined that the equipment is in good working order. Exchanges and returns can not be made if warranty cards have been completed or sent in.

3. SAVE YOUR PACKING LIST AND INVOICE Proof of purchase is often one of the requirements for warranty registration and warranty repair validation. If giving the items on this invoice as a gift, include this invoice. (Prices paid can be hidden when copied, however date purchased must be visible to ensure proper warranty coverage.)

Returns Information

Damaged Merchandise . . .

Should your order arrive in a damaged condition, stop unpacking. Save the shipping carton and all packing included with your merchandise just as you received it. Notify Camcor, Inc. customer service department immediately for further instructions. Damages must be reported within three (3) days of receipt of merchandise. Camcor, Inc. will not be responsible for any form of relief unless damages are reported within three (3) days of receipt of merchandise.

Defective Merchandise . . .

Initial defective merchandise must be returned within ten (10) days after receipt of order. Call or e-mail our customer service department for a case number. All defective merchandise returned for replacement (subject to our approval) must be in perfect cosmetic condition, and returned in original packaging with all the manufacturers supplied materials including instruction books, warranty information, and etc., within ten (10) days. You must submit a copy of our packing list or invoice with your return.

Rebate Offers . . .

Occasionally manufacturers will offer rebate programs that require packaging to be altered or defaced. Once the package has been altered or defaced and/or the rebate application sent or mailed for redemption, all sales are final.

Returning Merchandise for Credit or Exchange . . .

Notify our customer service department for a case number. All merchandise returned for credit or exchange (subject to our approval) must be in perfect cosmetic condition, and returned in original packaging with all the manufacturers supplied materials including instruction books, warranty information, and etc., within ten (10) days. You must submit a copy of our packing list or invoice with your return.

Merchandise not returned in accordance with our policy, and merchandise subject to a manufacturers return fee, will be subject to a restocking fee.

Special Order Items...

If you are interested in ordering a non-stock item, we will special order it for you.  When ordering a non-stock item, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.  Special order items are not returnable.

Returning Consumable Goods... 
For your protection, returns are not accepted for consumable goods.  Examples of consumable goods include photographic paper, chemicals, film, projector lamps, bulbs, media, CD’s, DVD’s etc.  Product defects will be referred directly to the manufacturer. 

Returning Computers, Computer Hardware, and Software...

We will only accept computers, computer hardware, and software for return if they have not been opened or unwrapped.  If they are found to be defective in nature, they will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the respective manufacturer according to warranty policies.    

Warranty . . .

CAMCOR, INC. MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING THE PRODUCTS WHICH IT SELLS AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Products sold by Camcor, Inc. are warranted only by the manufacturer and, under no circumstances, shall a manufacturer’s warranty be deemed a warranty made by Camcor, Inc.

If there is a breach of a manufacturer’s warranty, the purchaser should comply with all terms of the warranty and any manufacturer’s instructions regarding submission of a warranty claim. Proof of purchase is often required.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CAMCOR, INC. BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE OR LOST PROFITS, RESULTING OR ARISING FROM A DEFECT OR MALFUNCTION IN ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM CAMCOR, INC. Camcor, Inc.’s liability for any damages related to or arising from any Product purchased from Camcor, Inc. is limited to return of the purchase price paid to Camcor, Inc. for the Product.
