There are several ways you can pay for your order from Camcor, Inc.®

  1. Credit Card/Debit Cards - We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express
  2. Personal Check or Money Order - You can select "pay by check" on the order form, and send us a personal check or money order in U.S. dollars for the amount of your order (plus freight and any applicable tax). Please note that we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Personal checks may delay shipment pending clearance. Merchandise not shipped until funds clear.
  3. Wire Transfer – Call our accounts receivables department at (800)-868-2462 for more information.
  4. Open Accounts/Purchase Orders - Open account is available to approved industrial firms, public, private, and parochial schools, institutions, non-profit organizations, and federal, local, and state agencies. Credit Card Fraud

We take credit card fraud very seriously. For the protection of card holders and ourselves, orders that appear fraudulent may be held for manual review. If necessary, a representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable period of time, the order may be canceled.

Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.


Camcor.com Customer Service

Shipping Information

Camcor, Inc. uses parcel carriers including UPS and FedEx. Orders not shippable via UPS or FedEx due to product weight, size, shape, or safety standards will ship by motor freight (truck) common carrier.

UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes (can only be shipped via US Postal Service).

For residential and business orders shipped by motor freight (truck) common carrier, normal delivery is curbside or loading dock (Dock to Dock Delivery) and NOT inside the home or business. For any special request such as “in home”, “inside building”, “up elevators”, “up stairs”, “set up”, “lift gate truck”, the freight company will assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges.


Web Freight Saver

Items marked with this Freight Saver symbol have FREE shipping (via UPS Ground Service within the Continental US) when $ 79.00 or more of designated Freight Saver items are purchased on the same internet order.

Motor Freight

This symbol indicates products which can only be shipped via motor freight (truck). Customer will be billed motor freight (truck) charges upon shipment.

Dock to Dock Delivery
Normal motor freight delivery is from our shipping dock to the customer’s receiving dock only. Additional charges will apply for delivery other than dock to dock. If dock appointments are required for receipt of merchandise, then it is incumbent on the customer to notify camcor.com of this policy. The customer is responsible for any additional delivery charges if dock appointments are not kept by the end user. The customer is also responsible for providing necessary equipment for offloading any merchandise. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the merchandise upon arrival and to verify the accuracy of the delivered merchandise.

Liftgate Service
Additional charges may apply if a liftgate is required to complete a delivery. A liftgate is used to move freight from the truck’s floor to ground level and is required for heavy items that may not be lifted by one driver or delivery person. Liftgates are typically required where the customer does not have “dock high” receiving facilities. Any customer that cannot provide an adequate loading dock should request a liftgate service when ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify camcor.com if a liftgate delivery is required. By purchasing liftgate delivery service, the customer is not purchasing inside delivery to the customer’s facility.
