Payment Methods
Credit Card Fraud
We take credit card fraud very seriously. For the protection of card holders and ourselves, orders that appear fraudulent may be held for manual review. If necessary, a representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable period of time, the order may be canceled.
Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.
Shipping Information
Camcor, Inc. uses parcel carriers including UPS and FedEx. Orders not shippable via UPS or FedEx due to product weight, size, shape, or safety standards will ship by motor freight (truck) common carrier.
UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes (can only be shipped via US Postal Service).
For residential and business orders shipped by motor freight (truck) common carrier, normal delivery is curbside or loading dock (Dock to Dock Delivery) and NOT inside the home or business. For any special request such as “in home”, “inside building”, “up elevators”, “up stairs”, “set up”, “lift gate truck”, the freight company will assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges.
Web Freight Saver
Items marked with this Freight Saver symbol have FREE shipping (via UPS Ground Service within the Continental US) when $ [an error occurred while processing this directive] or more of designated Freight Saver items are purchased on the same internet order.
Truck Freight
This symbol indicates products which can only be shipped via motor freight (truck). Customer will be billed motor freight (truck) charges upon shipment.
Dock-to-Dock (no liftgate, no inside delivery)
This type of delivery requires a receiving area with a loading/unloading dock that is the same height as the trailer of a freight truck (photo: right). The freight truck should be able to back up and unload directly from their trailer across to the dock/receiving area. At that point, you or your designated staff will be responsible for receiving product and delivering to end user. (If you do not have a dock or forklift, truck with lift gate delivery or inside delivery will be required)
Truck with Lift Gate
This type of delivery is needed when the loading/unloading dock is not high enough to accommodate the trailer of a freight truck or there is no loading dock. The truck will have a movable (up/down) tail gate (photo: right) that allows product to be moved from the back of the truck to the ground. Once the product is offloaded to the ground, you or your designated staff will be responsible for receiving product and delivering to end user.
Truck with Inside Delivery
The freight truck driver will offload product and bring product into your building. The driver will place product on the first floor of building. This does not include unboxing, white-glove delivery, set-up, or installing product. Please note that some freight companies may not make inside deliveries to some buildings depending on location or certain inside conditions. If installation or white-glove services are needed, please contact us at 800-868-2462 or email info@camcor.com for additional quote.
