Any employee or applicant who feels that they have been discriminated against or harassed based on sex, race, or any other factor, shall immediately, without fear of reprisal, report such incident to the President. The Company will immediately investigate and take appropriate action. In determining whether or not alleged conduct constitutes sexual harassment, or any other form of prohibited harassment, all relevant factors will be investigated and considered, including the totality of the circumstance, the nature of the harassment, and the conduct in which the alleged incident occurred. The Company considers harassment on the basis of sex, or of any type to be a serious offense, and such offense can result in discipline up to and including discharge.
